Camera Mount

Taken directly from Hybrid.Honda-Perf.Org, this mount does a pretty good job of taking in-car video for a very minimal price. With a 6 pound camera on the end of it, the rig can get a little jittery...but it's more than sufficient to show you what's goign on in the cockpit and out the window, and the noises people make when driving are pretty damn funny. "WOOOOAAAAH!!!"

Well, with the addition of a rollbar, this camera mount wasn't really necessairy anymore...I sold it to a fellow autocrosser (thanks Ralph!) and got myself a bona-fide camera mount...an IoPort, from OG Racing.

This is much more stable, but now it's obvious that the camera I have does not have the most rigid chassis in the world...the camera flexes on its own mount. Oh well, in-car is still much better, check the vids section for some samples (everything starting with VIR is with new mount).
