AEM Rear Brake Pads
With the Carbotech Panther Plus up front for the track, I figured it wouldn't hurt to bring some of the brake bias back to the rear, even tho they're pretty much along for the ride. A good inexpensive solution is AEM brake pads, which are made by Nissin (the source of the OEM pads), but have a more aggressive compound...nothing too drastic, but better than stock. Many thanks again to Brian at Speed of Sound for having these IN STOCK and hooking me up. The pads seem to be the exact same dimensions as stock, went in with no problems...although the compounds does look alot like medium density fiberboard :) Check out Tim's lovely gloved modeling hand.
