The Absorber

Go to your local Pep Boys RIGHT NOW and get one of these before you wash your car again. Regular chamoises (how french!) cost alot, and when they get old they start to leave crud on your car, and they're pretty high maintenance...and when your girlfriend is a vegetarian she gives you crap about using dead cow to clean yer car (the "I'm using the whole animal" excuse only gets you so far.) I don't know what the hell this thing is made of, but its water-defeating kung-fu has no equal. You keep it in the tube, somewhat moist, and you can use it any time. It's insanely fast. And it's pretty damn resiliant, just clean it when it gets dirt or oil or mold or whatever on it...good as new. If that weren't enough, it comes in an array of sickening pastel colors, and it's JDM! I keep mine in the trunk....good for those short rain-showers at AutoXes.
