well, things got started on the front bumper

so nice that honda provides the template on the backside of the bumper cover

this isn't going to work

dremel to the rescue

connect the dots, la la la la...

after dremeling out the approximate contored shape, 60 grit helps smooth everything out.

alright, if you can't tell... i got a bit overzealous and threw a couple coats of paint on there before final fitment was finished...
they're still not finished, stuff rubs here and there and will need to be massaged by a big fucking hammer to fit better.
some of the pics show how damn tight it is in there, and the pain in the ass it is to get ducting to the right place.
Ducting used is 2" in diameter, and frankly, it's a bit too large... oh well.

I'll get some pics when everything gets put back together and track tested. damn, dunno when that's going to be though.
