Slotted Rotors

Powerslot front rotors... picked them up on ebay for $170, including a full set of metalmaster pads.

here's what happened to my factory rotors when i removed them:

the small one is a rotor from a LS or GSR, i dunno.. but you can see the difference in diameter.

rotors are wear items, these had almost 60,000 hard miles on them:

i'd say that these are sufficiently, 'worn'.

New rotors!


Powerslots.... brembo discs machined and coated.

pretty. time for break in


UPDATE: The powerslots suck ass. after a nice break in, they vibrate like hell from high speeds, with moderate braking. Dunno if it's a side-effect of the slots, or that the rotors are warped, but i'm going back to solid brembo OEM replacements. Fuck the extra money for slots.
